I am mostly a self-taught artist, and have sharpened my skills by learning in workshops with several successful artists. My style is my own. I love color and am happiest producing something that will resonate with the viewer.

When I became ill with a chronic illness that limited other areas of my life, God opened my eyes to the joy of seeing the details of the surrounding world, and photography was the language I used to share that beauty. Functioning physically at a higher level now, I have widened my expression to include other forms of art media and I love to explore the results. Seeing the beauty and humor in so many things and letting color be the overarching connection makes art a satisfying and joyful opportunity to share with others.
