Description
Located in the Swiss city of Basel, down near the riverside, St Alban-Tal is a quaint, romantic quarter known locally as 'Little Venice' due to the pretty streams and canals flowing through the area. It's my favourite part of Basel, I love to wander around the quiet little streets, it's like stepping back in time with no sound other than the delicate trickle of water and the twitter of birds. Picturesque and scenic, and well away from the busier part of the city, it's a perfect little hidden gem. I added a little texture to complete the feel of old world charm.
