Description
Saw a photo posted by an old friend on Facebook to show a fellow player the dulcimer she proposed buying for them while at a well-known maker's store in another State.
The more I looked at it, the more I saw several potential paintings in that scene. This one focuses on the dulcimer itself, leaned against an old wood-rail fence to take advantage of the soft-shaded light "out back".
