Artist's Description
An ordinary dandelion was captured with a unique macro lens, the Lensbaby Velvet 56, and suddenly another world opened up to the viewer. The tiny seeds become stars in a textured galaxy and the glow seems to emanate from deep within the fragile ball. When the wind disperses the seed stars, they will produce new worlds and the cycle will continue. Photographed by a southern artist photographer in South Carolina.
